Sponsorship Information:
ESAA is one of the most highly regarded youth organizations in our community. Last season we had over 1000 boys and girls from ages 5-15 playing t-ball, baseball or softball on 90 different teams with over 170 volunteer coaches. This year we expect to exceed last year's numbers.
To pay for all the equipment, umpires, insurance, trophies, team plaques, directories, end-of-year picnic, field maintenance and all-star and tournament costs, we spend about $145,000 per year. Not one of our coaches, commissioners or board members is paid for their work. More than half of our annual budget comes from player fees paid by the parents. The remainder is received from sponsors like you. What better way to show your support for the youth of our community than by sponsoring a team? Here's how it works:
- You agree to sponsor a team for the upcoming year. If you have a particular age group or coach you would like to support, let us know on the enclosed form and we will try to accommodate you. Otherwise, we will assign a team to you.
- Full sponsors pay $500. This makes you the exclusive sponsor of that team, and your name appears on that team's uniform. You are given a full page in our directory and a nice plaque with the team's picture at the end of the season. Half sponsors pay $250 and share a team with another sponsor. They, too, receive an ad and a plaque (Some of our sponsors proudly display the plaques of the many teams that they have sponsored over the years.)
